Technical Customer Support Specialist (Onsite in BGC, Night Shift)

Work Setup: Full Onsite
Work Schedule: Night Shift • 9PM to 6AM • 11PM to 8AM • 12MN to 9AM

As a Customer Support Specialist, your role will be at the heart of building lasting relationships with our clients. You'll be more than just a support agent—you'll be a trusted partner, understanding customers' unique needs and offering innovative solutions that drive their business forward.
You'll be responsible for managing key client accounts, delivering seamless technical support, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional with a passion for problem-solving, an eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-tier customer service through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
  • Conduct product training via webinars, with occasional onsite visits to help clients maximize their use of our tools.
  • Resolve complex technical queries quickly and professionally, acting as the go-to expert for your clients.
  • Provide customer feedback on new products and services to our business owners.
  • Report technical issues or bugs to the development team, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Regularly assess and clarify customer needs, tailoring support to drive success.
  • Boost client engagement and service adoption through proactive support.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in a B2B Saa S environment.
  • Experience in digital dental workflows is a big plus, but not required.
  • Strong communicator who asks insightful questions and listens for what’s not being said.
  • Ability to break down complex technical topics into simple, understandable terms (aka: you can get your Grandparents to understand their i Pad).
  • Analytical thinker who pays attention to details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
  • A hands-on attitude—you’re ready to dive into customer accounts and work closely with the team to drive KPIs.
  • Teamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
