Technical Marketing Group - Coordinator

- Assist in disseminating TMG quotation to AVP Sales.
- Monitor and ensure that inquiries from API Sales and Clients are promptly attended to.
- Follow up on status and updates of all technical marketing group (TMG) generated quotes.
- Prepare, review and submit TMG Weekly Performance Monitoring Report (WPMR) to TMG Coordinator. Ensure that data are accurate according to documents; and status is updated and verified.
- Attend weekly TMG meetings and prepare minutes of the meeting.
- Monitor and follow up on accomplishments of action plans agreed on TMG meetings.
- Monitor the time tree to ensure all virtual meetings have zoom ID to be provided by sales on or before the set meeting date.
- Ensure that the Sample for Testing Form is properly approved and materials are documented and issued/applied as approved.
- Follow-up status and updates of Sample for Testing Results.
- Create and update company brochures, digital presentations, and other marketing materials as required.
- Attend TMG toolbox meeting and prepare the minutes of the meeting.
- Assist TMG Specialists and Managers in timely preparation of Purchase Request as required such as plane tickets, products, tools, etc.
- Ensure readiness of materials, manpower, tools, and equipment requirement for delivery and on project sites.
- Collects TMG daily reports from TMG Head for consolidation and submission to TMG Coordinator and/or President.
- Assist in the creation of Auto CAD drawings requirements for sales and production.
- Assist in inventory of TMG stocks, tools, and equipment.
- Report to TMG Coordinator any irregularities within TMG.
- To comply with all company quality procedures, policies, and regulations.
- To handle any other job that may be assigned by the President from time to time.
