Timekeeping Associate

The Timekeeping Associate position is responsible for making sure factory employees (Laguna and Cavite) are paid accurately and on time. She/He will handle timekeeping processing through inhouse system and work with the payroll team to make sure that time and attendance is reported accurately and approved. She/He would be responsible for payroll audits related to time and attendance. Will serve as backup for payroll processor as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of attendance data, hours worked, leave records and overtime calculations in accordance with the Philippine Labor Code.
- Update and monitor employee timekeeping related data via Daily Online Attendance Monitoring System.
- Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile with payroll, Finance and submit to appropriate functions
- Coordinate timekeeping and Compensation &Benefits related-programs and address employee queries
- Comply with the data privacy law in handling personal data of employees.
- Prepare IPEs and other audit related evidences for payroll time and attendance
- Other duties and responsibilities relating to payroll time and attendance.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Knowledgeable in payroll and timekeeping systems preferably Excelity and Payroll SAAS (Software as a solutions) or any equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), excellent analytical skills
- Experience in HRIS is an advantage
