JOB SUMMARY:
Assumes responsibility of performing timekeeping processes, making sure that timekeeping records are stored securely.Maintaining an accurate record of labor hours worked by each employee on each job site; Monitoring time records for accuracy and making any necessary adjustments.
TIMEKEEPING ADMINISTRATION

• Records and updates personal data with accuracy in system provided by the company; shall explore the system and maximize use to improve payroll system.

• Performs payroll processing of Managers and Direct Employees; ensures confidentiality of the information specifically salaries.

• Handles computation and distribution of OJT allowances. Processing shall be done on time and shall immediately replenish the summary of release.

• Processes Payroll Change Notification (PCN) as necessary.

• Prepares data for performance bonus and 13th month pay of employees.

• Provides data for perfect attendance and summary of overtime per section.

• Generates records of employee’s tardiness, absences, incomplete transactions as necessary.

• Responsible in the preparation and issuances of Notice of Personnel Action; shall ensure confidentiality. Filing shall be updated.

• Prepares the summary of billing of manpower agencies.

• Prepares the last pay computation of separated employees.

DOCUMENTATION

• Keeps records of employee timekeeping with utmost confidentiality.

• Supports in other HR activities as maybe assigned by the superior.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of four (4) year course preferably Human Resource Management or equivalent

• At least one (1) year experience in related function.
