- The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the compensation and benefits program for over 4,000 employees of the company.
- The company has plans to gradually increase headcount up to 8,000 employees in the next five years.
- Will directly report to the HR General Manager and Admin Director.
- Revises and/or designs communication strategy, principles and guidelines to ensure the most efficient delivery of information.
- Defines annual plan and budget to support section, department, & company initiatives and goals.
- Ensures that all processes and practices adhere to all applicable laws, regulatory and customer requirements.
- Creates and conducts training on Compensation and Benefits matters based on established procedures.
- Graduate of any 4-year course, related to Human Resource.
- With 5-7 years of experience as a Total Rewards Manager or Compensation and Benefits Manager.
- Preferably with work experience in a Manufacturing set-up.
- With strong knowledge of Business Acumen and employment laws in the Philippines.
- Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management).
Pay: From Php80,000.00 per month
