We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with the following qualifications:

• High School and Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply

• Must have 1 yr. BPO experience (preferably handled live chat support)

• Good to excellent communication skills

• Amenable to work onsite in Gilmore, Quezon City

• Can start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers through live chats.

• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

• Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.
