Job Description:
As a Healthcare Virtual Assistant at Core-VA Solution, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in the healthcare industry by providing administrative, clerical, and operational assistance remotely. You will be responsible for managing various tasks and projects to help healthcare professionals and organizations maximize their productivity and focus on patient care. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

• Managing patient appointments, schedules, and medical records.
• Handling medical billing, insurance claims, and coding tasks.
• Assisting with HIPAA compliance and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Coordinating communication between healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders.
• Organizing and maintaining healthcare documentation and databases.
• Assisting with research, data entry, and report generation related to healthcare initiatives.
• Performing other administrative tasks as required in the healthcare setting.

Requirements:

• Texas license for United States Registered Nurse (USRN)
• Due to the specific needs of our client base, we are seeking a female nurse for this role.
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare administration processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the healthcare industry, such as electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical billing software.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing healthcare documentation and records.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php45,600.00 - Php72,960.00 per month
