User Growth Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement user acquisition strategies to attract more new registrations.
Design and implement viral loops and referral programs to incentivize existing users to invite new users.
Leverage social sharing features within the game to amplify reach and attract organic growth.
Analyze viral mechanics' effectiveness and iterate on strategies to maximize their impact.
Plan and organize regular tournaments, challenges, and events to keep users engaged and active on the platform.
Monitor user participation and feedback to optimize activity formats and scheduling.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in user growth strategies, preferably in the gaming or sports industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse community.
Basketball and e Games industry user growth experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 per month
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary
