User Growth Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement user acquisition strategies to attract more new registrations.
  • Design and implement viral loops and referral programs to incentivize existing users to invite new users.
  • Leverage social sharing features within the game to amplify reach and attract organic growth.
  • Analyze viral mechanics' effectiveness and iterate on strategies to maximize their impact.
  • Plan and organize regular tournaments, challenges, and events to keep users engaged and active on the platform.
  • Monitor user participation and feedback to optimize activity formats and scheduling.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in user growth strategies, preferably in the gaming or sports industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse community.
  • Basketball and e Games industry user growth experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
