ROLE SUMMARY
Our client, a social media marketing agency, is seeking a Graphic/Video Designer to create compelling visual content for their customers’ social media efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design for social media, and client relations, and a strong creative vision.
WORK SCHEDULE OPTIONS:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time)

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time)

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Daylight Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time)

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Meet with clients to understand their brand and objectives
• Interpret and execute creative briefs
• Develop innovative design concepts for social media campaigns
• Create static graphics and motion graphics/videos for various social platforms
• Maintain high standards of visual quality and brand consistency
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
• Collaborate with account managers and content strategists
• Adapt designs based on client feedback and platform requirements
• Stay updated on social media design trends and best practices
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and client calls as needed
• Assist in creating visual assets for pitches and proposals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in social media graphic design
• Proven track record of creating engaging social media content, including video
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present designs to clients
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok)
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific design requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Agency experience preferred
