Job description:
  • Developing and implementing company-wide risk management strategies
  • Identifying, assessing, and monitoring market risk, operational risk, compliance risk, etc.
  • Proposing and implementing risk mitigation measures
  • Preparing regular risk evaluation reports and presenting them to management
  • Conducting risk assessments for new business ventures and projects
  • Maintaining a risk management framework in compliance with regulatory requirements and laws
  • Leading the risk management team and fostering staff development

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • Over 5 years of risk management experience, particularly in the financial or EMI industry
  • Preference for candidates with risk management certifications (FRM, PRM, etc.)
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strategic vision
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with senior management
