Workplace Ambassador

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome employees, visitors, and guests to the office
  • Manage the reception area and front desk operations
  • Coordinate and oversee office events, team-building activities, and social gatherings
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with HR to facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation
  • Manage office amenities and ensure a comfortable work environment
  • Coordinate with facilities management to address workplace issues promptly
  • Promote company culture and values through various initiatives and communications
  • Assist with internal communications and announcements
  • Manage meeting room bookings and oversee conference room setups
  • Collect and act on employee feedback to improve workplace experience
  • Support remote workers by facilitating virtual engagement activities
  • Assist with office space management and optimization
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies and services
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or office management roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with workplace management software
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
  • Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Enthusiasm for creating positive workplace experiences
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing work environments
  • Understanding of basic HR practices and employee engagement principles
