Your Role

What you'll do

• Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation;
• Motivating the team;
• Managing the team daily, according to internal policies;
• Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
• Developing action plans for continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (C1 minimum);
• Fluency in other languages is a plus;
• Interest and passion for managing teams (experience is a plus);
• Solid experience in contact center, understands contact center business, trends and sales.
• Analytical ability, decision making, and team player.
