Job Title: Admin Supervisor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Chinese, Arabic, and English) Admin Supervisor to manage the administrative operations of our office in Riyadh. This position is open exclusively to candidates of Chinese nationality. The ideal candidate will oversee file management, vehicle management, dormitory management, business reception, and coordinate closely with our headquarters. This role requires strong organizational skills, previous administrative management experience, a valid driver's license, and preferably experience in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain organized and up-to-date file management systems (both physical and digital).
Manage the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely maintenance, registration, and availability.
Supervise the management and upkeep of employee dormitories, ensuring a comfortable and secure living environment.
Handle business reception duties, including greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, and assisting with company events.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Riyadh office and the company’s headquarters, ensuring smooth communication and coordination on administrative matters.
Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility services.
Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
Coordinate and schedule transportation arrangements for staff as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
Only candidates of Chinese nationality will be considered.
Fluent in Chinese, Arabic, and English (written and spoken).
Proven experience in administrative management or supervisory roles.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in Saudi Arabia.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise between local staff and the headquarters.
Familiarity with office management procedures, fleet management, and property management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, multilingual team.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in the Middle East region is strongly preferred.
Prior experience in a multinational company, preferably with a Chinese corporate culture.
Familiarity with managing government documentation or processes in Saudi Arabia.
