Account Services Manager - Regional Wholesale Bank

An established Regional Wholesale Bank is looking to further establish their presence in Singapore is looking to for an account services specialist professional. You will be given a great opportunity to work collaboratively and closely with internal departments to facilitate client/account data processing and monitoring. In return you will enjoy remuneration of up to $100,000 per annum.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide administrative support on account setup/maintenance for Corporates and Private Wealth customers, in strict adherence to internal policies, guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively and closely with internal departments to facilitate client/account data processing and monitoring
  • Provide general control management such as audit confirmation, dormant account management, returned mails etc.
  • Handle physical documentation review, including storage, record keeping and archival
  • Participate in meetings, projects, system upgrades, UAT, SOPs review, streamlining, drills
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of prior experience on client/account static data maintenance with general control acumen
  • Able to multi-task across functions and an excellent team player
  • Relevant experience with banking systems such as Flexcube, Avaloq is preferred
  • Experience in leading a team.
