What will you do?
Santam Specialist Finance has a position available for a Credit Controller who will be based in Hill on Empire.
What will you do?
The successful candidate will be required to perform a Credit Control Function. This will encompass the collection and follow up of outstanding debtors and allocating of monies received, and other associated activities.
What will make you successful in this role?
- Collection of premiums from Intermediaries and clients
- Processing of financial bordereaux
- Receipting, allocating and reconciliation of premiums on KIT
- Processing refunds
- Optimizing processes
- Implement and maintain accurate financial information
- Relationship building
- Assisting with queries and providing back-up support where required
- Resolving queries on outstanding premium and commission with business partners
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a financial environment would be an advantage
- Accounting Knowledge
- Reconciliation experience
Skills
- Attention to detail
- Must have analytical ability and be able to analyse data to solve problems and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong client service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Deadline driven
- Excellent communication skills – all levels
- Must be Computer Literate (MSExcel & MS Word)
