Job Description:
As a Digital Marketer at First Group, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
Oversee a social media strategy and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
Manage and maintain the company’s website(s).
Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion.
Create and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs, and forums.
Keep up to date with current digital trends and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
Experience with B2C and B2B social media, Google Ad Words, and email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends, etc.).
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Use of Canva to design social media posts
