About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team, based remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and prospect engagement. Your responsibilities will span across various digital channels, including newsletters/email marketing, social media and webinars and, with the aim of attracting, educating, and converting prospects
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who flourishes in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, product, and marketing, gaining exposure to a wide range of digital marketing activities while contributing to the growth of our platform.
About the team
At Fuse, the marketing team plays a pivotal role in accelerating the company's growth in the global market for enterprise learning solutions. You will report directly to the President and Founder, working alongside a highly collaborative and innovative marketing team to develop strategies that expand our reach and impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with our in-house creative agency to produce high-quality case studies (video and written formats) that highlight customer success stories.
- Social Media Strategy: Lead the social media strategy, focusing primarily on Linked In to engage and grow our audience, with secondary efforts on platforms like You Tube. Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimise content.
- Event & Email Marketing: Support event marketing efforts, including digital promotion of industry conferences and webinars with expert guest speakers. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, creating our monthly newsletter, workflows and tracking performance to ensure maximum impact.
- Website & Landing Pages: Design and optimise landing pages aimed at lead generation, ensuring seamless user experiences and effective conversion tracking.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use Hubspot and other tools to track campaign performance, run reports, and propose improvements to support our marketing outcomes.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and event management teams to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B/ Saa S environment.
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Proficient in using social media channels, especially Linked In, for B2B marketing purposes.
- Experience with email marketing tools and campaign optimization.
- Analytical thinker with experience in using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as, Hub Spot, Linked In and You Tube.
- A keen interest in staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
