Job Title: Security Administrator with Security Experience and CCTV Monitoring

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator with a strong background in security management and CCTV monitoring to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control critical security processes.

• Oversee access management and request approvals.

• Prepare and deliver regular security reports.

• Provide second-layer security management in compliance with company standards.

• Ensure effective emergency management and coordination.

• Deliver timely and accurate information to management.

• Prevent unauthorized access to the warehouse and factory inventory.

• Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

• Perform real-time surveillance on personnel during critical processes.

• Review and assess video alarm/event data for unauthorized movements or suspicious activities.

• Monitor and evaluate processes remotely via CCTV to identify vulnerabilities.

• Ensure comprehensive, accurate reporting and reliable interpretation of observations.

• Participate in cost-saving initiatives and adhere to financial procedures.

Qualifications:

• Matric

• Preferably from Eikenhof, Naturena and surrounding areas

• Proven administrative experience, preferably in a security-related role.

• Familiarity with CCTV systems and data reporting.

• Proven experience in security management and CCTV monitoring and data reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

• Strong knowledge of security protocols and legislation

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in conducting security risk assessments and inspections.

• Convert footage into actionable data and report findings to senior management.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
