This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our corporate social initiatives and community engagement efforts.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for developing a comprehensive impact measurement framework to track performance and measure return on social investments.
- Lead the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to assess and optimize effectiveness on programmes.
- Support reporting on community investments to the Implementation Office, Board of Trustees, and Board of Directors.
- Support the development of Scatec’s strategic direction for community investments, including ensuring a sustainable project pipeline of impactful community investment projects for our host communities.
- Manage relationships with service providers to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and timely delivery of services.
- Establish M&E database systems to assess the impact of our community investment initiatives ensuring accurate and real-time performance tracking.
Qualifications and competencies:
- University degree within Social or Environmental Sciences, Economics, Impact Investing, Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the development sector or working with monitoring and evaluation
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative impact monitoring methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to develop monitoring and data collection tools
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders, service providers, partners and diverse community stakeholders is required
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Proficiency in designing, building, and refining M&E databases is preferred
- Experience in using data analysis and visualization tools is an advantage
