Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy, goals, and objectives for the Job Board Module based on market research and user feedback.
• Lead the development and enhancement of job posting, search functionality, and employer management tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR professionals, recruiters, and job seekers, to gather insights and ensure the platform addresses their needs.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to create user-friendly, scalable features that enhance the job search and application process.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies for job board updates and new feature releases.
• Analyze user behavior and platform performance to identify opportunities for improving the user experience and driving platform growth.
• Develop relationships with key partners and companies to ensure a strong pipeline of job listings and employer engagement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the product team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of product management (or related role) experience, ideally within HR technology, recruitment, or job board platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required).
• Experience with job boards, talent acquisition systems, or HR software, with a solid understanding of the recruitment process and employer needs.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools like Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Product Discovery).
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, particularly in job search, application submission, and job posting workflows.
• Proven track record of managing product development from ideation to delivery, including setting timelines and ensuring timely feature releases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to improve the platform's performance and user satisfaction.
• A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions that enhance both user and employer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous learning and growth.
