Who We Are: Nestled in the heart of the renowned Sabi Sands Nature Reserve, offers an incredible safari experience.
What You’ll Do: As Reservations Executive, you will be at the heart of guest experience, managing inquiries, bookings, and ensuring every detail is perfectly executed for our VIP guests. Your role will include:
- Responding to guest queries with finesse via phone and email
- Booking accommodation, flights, transfers, and excursions
- Managing availability, reservations, and updates on our systems
- Maintaining strong relationships with guests, resolving issues, and ensuring all requests are met
- Working alongside lodge operations to ensure flawless guest experiences and smooth booking processes
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar reservations role, ideally in lodges
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – you’ll be the voice of Ulusaba!
- Customer service extraordinaire – always ready to go above and beyond
- Organisational ninja – managing multiple tasks while keeping things cool under pressure
- Financial awareness – invoicing, payments, and managing bookings like a pro
- Flexible & proactive – ready to jump in where needed and keep the team spirit high
- A sense of fun – understanding the Virgin way of doing things and keeping things lighthearted but professional
- Realistic expectations of bush life – a genuine love for the environment and the safari lifestyle!
- Live-in accommodation (basic furnished, possibly shared)
- Food allowance
- Medical aid and pension fund contributions (after 3-month probation)
- Gratuities share and percentage company revenue gratuity
- Family & friends bed nights (20 annually)
- 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off leave cycle
