Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and either Zulu or Sotho (language skills will be tested as part of the hiring process)
- Computer literate, with the ability to handle document management and data entry (basic computer skills will be tested)
- Minimum Grade 10
- Reliable and trustworthy: A clear criminal record is required and will be checked
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or debt collection is advantageous
- Trace and collect documents for unclaimed benefits, helping people access what’s rightfully theirs
- Communicate with beneficiaries across South Africa in a professional and compassionate manner
- Work to achieve monthly targets with a supportive, high-energy team
- Competitive Pay: Earn a starting base salary of R3,500 plus commissions for each document collected, with increasing incentives for high achievers
- Growth and Development: Gain valuable skills in customer service, data management, and professional communications, with training and guidance to support your success
- Flexible Working Arrangements: Options for both in-office and remote work are available, with the potential to work in shifts or on a rotating basis
