The Assistant AV Manager has a responsibility to be knowledge of AV equipment operation and maintenance and capability of operating systems for event procedures.

Education
A university degree or equivalent experience required

Experience
Minimum of 7 years as occupational AV professional in hospitality, service or luxury industry

Desired Skills

• Media and Video equipment operation skill
• Stage lighting equipment operation skill
• Perform emergency trouble shooting or breakdown
• Various AV equipment operation technology and utilization of operation

Eligibility

• Must be service oriented and be able to maintain Four Seasons Hotel standard of hospitality at all times.
• Must be willing to perform with team members. Cooperative.
• Confident attitude as a responsible person of the event AV service.
• Must be willing to perform shift work and flexibility
• Creative and flexible way of thinking

Key Functions

• To provide professional audio and visual services for meetings and events.
• To repair and purchase in case of current equipment failure.
• To be willing to train and instruct other AV team members by passing along your AV equipment knowledge and operation skills.

Key Expectation

• Coordination ability with other departments related to events.
• Education for equalization of team members' AV equipment operation skills
• Keep up-to-date on new audio and visible technologies and apply new knowledge during the service.

Visa Requirements

• Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
