Role Responsibilities

• Scheduling for Country General Manager
• Coordinate internal and external meetings organized by Country General Manager including monthly leadership team governance meeting
• Maintain meeting minutes
• Support to develop leadership message for internal and external purposes
• Manage expense reporting
• Prioritize the timeline and accuracy to achieve documents and works
• Other professional tasks assigned by Country General Manager

Qualification

Education & Career

• 2-3 years of experience supporting to executive level

Professional Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Strong skills in organizing and thorough follow-up
• Excellence in interpersonal communication across organization
• Excellence in applications of Microsoft
• Proven track of record in performance and integrity
