Key Responsibilities:
- To provide fast and effective solutions to users' computer, software and hardware problems.
- Knowledge about mobile operating systems.
- Having basic network knowledge
- Providing account opening and login guidance for new users.
- Carrying out periodic maintenance tasks such as computers and software updates.
- Documenting to track issues and report disruptions.
- To inform users about IT policies and security measures.
- To report on the work carried out.
- To keep track of the devices in the IT inventory.
- Graduating from relevant departments of universities and having a good level of Arabic.
- To have basic knowledge about computer hardware, software and operating systems.
- Having good communication skills and helping users understand technical issues.
- Having troubleshooting skills and being solution oriented.
- Being compatible with teamwork and being responsible.
