What you’ll do

End-to-end management of the new line application requests operation coming from digital platforms.
performance monitoring and identification of development areas.
Follow-up of inbound and outbound call management.
Analyzing and reporting data
Evaluating business results and taking action.
Realization of monthly sales target planning
Follow-up of provision and budget files
Evaluating and communicating operational requests.
Meeting business needs (analysis reports, etc.).
Tracking data uploads according to business goals.
Preparation and follow-up of agent motivation plots.

Who you are

Graduating from undergraduate programs or above
Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales and sales operations The purpose of this role is to improve performance in our new line sales operation and ensure end-to-end monitoring of the operation.
Analytical thinking
Strong people and team communication and coordination skills
Strong follow up skills and ability to work under pressure and challenging targets
Works effectively in changing environment
Excellent presentation skills (both powerpoint preparation and presentation to management)
Ability to analyze data and use related tools (Excel, Business Objects)
Customer focused
Ability to take personal accountability and ownership for key decisions and initiatives
Competence in working with the customer and service-oriented
