• Experience with 1C, GLPI;
• Intermediate-level proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities:

• Managing documents and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Providing administrative and economic support for the office.
• Procuring equipment and devices.
• Interacting with established and identifying new suppliers to secure optimal purchasing conditions.
• Tracking and accounting for allocated funds, generating monthly reports on purchases.
• Recording purchases in 1C.
• Conducting inventories of furniture and equipment, and entering data into the GLPI system.
• Coordinating the sending and receiving of parcels via Nova Poshta.
• Ensuring timely monthly payments of corporate accounts and sending out accounting invoices.
• Handling warranty cases.
