Shifts: Full-Time Days/Nights - 12 hour shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Support residents with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health to senior staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment
- Follow and contribute to care plans as needed
- Prior experience as a Care Assistant is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
