**Job Title:** Registered Manager (Non-Nurse)

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager (Non-Nurse) to lead our 30-bedded residential care home in Lewes. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the overall operations of the care home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents.
- Oversee care delivery and support staff to provide exceptional service to residents, particularly in the elderly care sector.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant standards, maintaining high-quality care practices.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to create personalized care plans.
- Conduct medication rounds and ensure proper medication management protocols are followed.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive team culture and promoting professional growth.
- Manage budgets and financial records, ensuring efficient resource allocation and operational excellence.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Registered Care Manager (Non-Nurse).
- Valid NMC PIN or NVQ Level 5-7 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience in a nursing home or residential care setting, preferably within the elderly care sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
