Job Title: Unit Lead (RGN/ RMN) – Full-Time Days/ Nights

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Unit Lead (RGN/ RMN) to join our nursing team in Bourne PE10, for a full-time night shift role. Offering a competitive hourly rate of £21.50, this position provides a great opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years' experience as an RGN and the ability to work autonomously during shifts.
Main Responsibilities:

• Medication Management: Safely and accurately manage and administer medications during rounds.
• Resident Care: Deliver compassionate, person-centered care, ensuring the well-being of residents both physically and emotionally.
• Autonomous Practice: Lead care independently during night shifts, making sound clinical decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Deputy Manager to maintain high care standards and ensure smooth running of the shift.
• Care Planning: Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating individual care plans.
• Shift Supervision: Take charge of the night shift, coordinating the team and ensuring efficient care delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN), ideally within a nursing home setting.
• NMC Registration: Must hold a valid NMC pin.
• Skills: Strong clinical expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to work without supervision.
• Leadership: Confident in taking charge of shifts and managing care operations effectively.
