We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Booksy. You will be key in ensuring our customers' wellbeing and optimizing their online booking experience. Your mission will be to assist them in a friendly, helpful manner to provide exceptional service!
Your role will be to resolve our B2B customers’ issues with an empathetic and caring approach. You will be their guide in their daily use of our solution. Your goal will be to make them feel pampered!
Your responsibilities:
Ensure the fulfillment of Booksy customers:
- Guarantee flawless customer satisfaction following each interaction with our clients
- Be a problem solver and tailor your communication to your audience
- Monitor your KPIs daily to deliver a high level of satisfaction
- Ensure a rapid response time to all our customers
- Ensure that our customers are never left without an answer
- Identify customers issues and provide tailored and relevant solutions
- Seriously follow up on open conversations on our tracking tools
- Report customers issues (requests for improvements, complaints) to enhance our solution
- Advocate for the customer's voice and promote our value proposition externally
Who you are:
- Successful experience in a similar role or within customer service
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills, capable of tailoring your approach to different audiences, both in speaking and writing
- The ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with your team
- A passion for problem-solving and a commitment to improving the customer experience
