Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our 28-bed nursing home in Bexhill-on-Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual looking to make a significant impact in the care of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to all residents.
• Manage medication rounds and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the Deputy Manager to create and implement care plans tailored to residents’ needs.
• Lead and support a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and supervision during shifts.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Must be a qualified nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Registered Home Manager in a nursing home setting.
• Strong understanding of medication management and care planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
