Job Title: Ofsted Children's Home Manager
Location: West London (Wembley/Northolt) & New Malden, UB6
Shift Type: Full-Time Days
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Ofsted Children's Home Manager to lead our residential children’s home in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager committed to providing high-quality care and support for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the children’s home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and best practices.
• Lead and support a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to residents.
• Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to the needs of each child.
• Manage medication rounds and maintain accurate medication records.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all residents.
• Collaborate with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to enhance the care experience.
• Ensure all staff receive appropriate training and support for their roles.

Qualifications:

• Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare and Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within an Ofsted-registered children’s home.
• Proven experience in a healthcare or nursing home setting is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
• A valid driving licence is strongly preferred.
