Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our team at our nursing home. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred.
