### Job Description: Registered Nurse (RGN - RMN)
**Location:** Grosvenor Villas, Lightfoot Street, Hoole, Chester, CH2 3AD
**Salary:** Up to £22.25 per hour, depending on experience and interview outcome
**Shift Pattern:** Full-Time Days (RMN) & Full-Time Nights (RGN) - 38.5 hours per week
**Contract:** 38.5 hours; 4 long shifts in weeks 1 and 3, 3 long shifts in week 2 (including weekends)
#### Overview:
Grosvenor Villas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN - RMN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment.
#### Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, adhering to individual care plans.
- Administer medications accurately and safely during medication rounds.
- Work collaboratively with the Deputy Manager to ensure high standards of care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents, promoting their dignity and independence.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
#### Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RGN-RMN.
- At least 4 years of experience as an RGN within a care home setting.
- Valid NMC Pin.
- Ability to work independently without supervision, particularly during day shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and take initiative when required.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to consider newly qualified nurses or agency nurses for this position.
