About a role:
As a Sous Chef, you will be vital in delivering an outstanding experience to all our guests.
We see you as a real ambassador of our company, operating on the front line with an organised, proactive approach and a meticulous eye for detail. You enjoy being part of a busy team but also have the drive to build a strong team, always keen to deliver the highest standards and exceed our guests’ expectations.
As a member of the senior team, you will manage the broader operations of the department, as well as make strong relationships with your colleagues/team and build a network of colleagues. This is a great chance to broaden your experience!
Outline Job Description:
Our Sous Chef is vital in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests.

• To control the resources, manage the processes and cultivate the understanding of basic kitchen management skills
• To continually maintain standards in line with the brand standards
• To drive the best possible standards to the agreed budgets
• Provide constructive feedback to chefs on hotel standards and service delivery.
• Provide support for brand standards and personal development of our kitchen team members
• Ensure all statuary regulations are adhered to and uphold the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
• Support Head chefs with developing, controlling, and delivering the food offering.
• To adhere to core standards on menu descriptions, training and focusing on presentation, cooking specifications and food costs
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential

Salary:
Salary can be hourly or annual rate - discussed at the interview stage based on your preference.
