Your Role as a Blend Specialist

As a Blend Specialist, you'll be the star of our Juice Bar, whipping up smoothies and juices that our customers will love! Your day-to-day will include:

• Crafting a variety of tasty and nutritious smoothies and juices.
• Operating a blender with skill and precision.
• Engaging with customers and providing top-notch service.
• Offering personalized drink recommendations.
• Operating a cash drawer efficiently and accurately.
• Making sure each drink is a perfect blend of flavors with your creativity and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for health, wellness, and fresh ingredients.
• Experience in customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and creative mindset.
• Proficiency in operating a cash drawer and handling transactions accurately.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, with Spanish as a plus.
• Footwear: Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that the company does not provide).
• Legal Status: Authorized to work in the United States.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Skilled in both gross and fine manipulation, ensuring precision in handling knives and ingredients.
• Peripheral vision and near/far visual accuracy are crucial for culinary preparation.
• Effectively hear and respond to instructions in a bustling kitchen environment.
• Capable of handling and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining focus and precision.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move fluidly around the kitchen.
• Comfortable working in diverse temperatures (hot, humid, cold) and tolerating moderate amounts of dust and cleaning agents.
• Able to handle a wide variety of fresh ingredients without adverse allergic reactions.
• Confidently utilize a step-stool or ladder as needed.
• Maintain stability and balance while executing tasks efficiently.
• Convey instructions clearly and communicate with team members effectively, even in busy or noisy environments.
• Capable of reaching below the waist, at the waist, and overhead.
