<span 55="" helvetica="">Sales Representative/Business Development Representative – B2B (Entry Level)

<span 55="" helvetica="">This is an entry level position, and the primary objective is to develop into an Account Representative, Aftermarket Sales Representative, Account Manager, or other commissioned sales positions.


<span 55="" helvetica="">Job Responsibilities:

• <span 55="" helvetica="">Sell select products in a geographical territory and/or assigned accounts.
• <span 55="" helvetica="">May work in a team approach and assist other sales positions with territory management and communication.
• <span 55="" helvetica="">Participate in corporate and local campaigns.
• <span 55="" helvetica="">Make sales calls to qualify prospects in person and over the telephone. Generate leads. Involvement in information gathering efforts and/or tracking and follow-up of leads and inquiries.
• <span 55="" helvetica="">Participate in training activities locally, in the field, and occasionally at the New Bremen, Ohio corporate headquarters.
• <span 55="" helvetica="">Collaborate with various departments within the branch.

<span 55="" helvetica="">Qualifications:

• <span 55="" helvetica="">High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program is a plus.
• <span 55="" helvetica="">Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• <span 55="" helvetica="">Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment.
• <span 55="" helvetica="">Intermediate computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• <span 55="" helvetica="">Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos.
