About the role
Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently looking for experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our Orthopaedic + Spine and Neurosurgical ward on a part time basis, 32 hours per week. AM, PM and Night shifts available to the suitable candidate across a 7 day rotating roster. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our established surgical nursing team.

Your duties will include

• Supporting patients throughout their stay
• Monitoring patient on Telemetry
• Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure patient and staff safety
• Assist nursing staff with supporting patients with care of patients

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as an Enrolled Nurse within a hospital setting
• Experience in a post-surgical ward ideal but not mandatory
• Current Registration with AHPRA
• Commitment to Quality Patient Care
• Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Works well independently and within a team
