Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• 5 years’ experience in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting and operation of Trellix backend and clients;
• 2 years’ experience in assisting in the creation, modification, and maintenance of Organizational units, user and groups, Group Policies to enforce settings across user devices;
• 3 years’ experience in diagnosing issues related to COTS applications, proficiency in installing and configuring, integration with exiting system, ensuring seamless operations.

Desirable:

• Certification in ITIL Foundation.

Duties/role:

• Configuring, upgrading and maintaining the Trellix backend components;
• Deploying, upgrading, configuring and troubleshooting Trellix client components (antimalware, data at rest encryption, client firewall);
• Managing, configuring and reporting on the use of removable storage medias (USB keys).
