Position: Onboarding Specialist
Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialists to join our team. The role involves reaching out to limousine companies in California, introducing them to our ride-sharing platform, and guiding them through the onboarding process. This is a full-time position requiring availability for different shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Key Responsibilities:

• Contact limousine companies in California via phone, email, or video conferencing.
• Explain the benefits of joining our ride-sharing platform and address any questions or concerns.
• Guide companies through the onboarding process, assisting with account setup and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Follow up with companies to ensure successful onboarding and address any issues.
• Collaborate with the Onboarding Team Leader and other team members to meet onboarding targets.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the onboarding process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic tech tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate different time zones.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
