Position: Onboarding Team Leader
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Team Leader to manage and lead a team responsible for onboarding limousine companies in California to our ride-sharing platform. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in customer service or sales, and experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the onboarding team, ensuring that all targets are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to effectively onboard limousine companies onto the platform.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance.
• Monitor team performance through KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Handle escalations and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate records of all interactions.
• Report on team performance and progress to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience with CRM systems and other onboarding tools.
• Ability to manage a team in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones.
