On behalf of our client, a leading company in the Real Estate / Investment industry, we are looking to recruit a talented Assistant Accountant.
The role is focusing on providing general accounting support to ensure the smooth financial operations of the company.

The role is focusing on providing general accounting support to ensure the smooth financial operations of the company.
Responsibilities
- Provides general accounting support, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation
- Maintains compliance with all relevant tax regulations
- Manages withholding tax calculations and submissions in accordance with statutory requirements
- Supports the daily accounting procedures by performing routine financial tasks
- Ensures accurate record-keeping and helps manage financial transactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Master’s degree will be considered a strong plus
- At least 3 years of related professional experience in an accounting office or accounting department ideally in a service or real estate company
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, tax regulations and declaration documents, bank reconciliation and financial statements review
- Familiarity with ERP and Accounting software will be considered an asset
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
- Advanced computer capabilities, advanced user of MS Office
