Czech Speaking Customer Support for Luxury Jewelry - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer a remote opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Support representative for a prestigious Luxury Jewelry brand. This role allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while providing exceptional service to a discerning clientele. You will play a vital role in assisting customers with their inquiries about luxurious jewelry items, ensuring that each interaction aligns with the brand's high standards of quality and elegance. If you are fluent in Czech and passionate about luxury goods, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat while working remotely.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to luxury jewelry products, orders, and brand updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Provide tailored recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for service enhancement.
  • Collabocate with team members to improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Interest in luxury jewelry and fashion is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems is preferred.
