Czech Speaking Video Streaming Support - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Assist Czech-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding video streaming services through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video playback, account management, and device setups.
- Guide customers through service features and provide clear instructions for setup processes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to continually enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collect and document customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements.
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and related technologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about helping customers succeed.
