Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Czech Speaking Video Streaming Support professionals to join our team in the beautiful city of Athens, Greece. This position offers full relocation support, making your transition to this vibrant locale as smooth as possible. As a Video Streaming Support Specialist, you will assist Czech-speaking users by addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless streaming experience. If you are passionate about technology and committed to providing excellent customer service, this role is tailored for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to Czech-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, accounts, and device configurations.
  • Guide customers through setup and explain service features effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical support team to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Solicit and report customer feedback for service and product enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly within the tech or streaming industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and offering effective resolutions.
  • Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote working environment.
