Hungarian Speaking IT Representatives with full relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding IT support to Hungarian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist customers with product installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of solutions provided.
- Collaborate with your team to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Fluency in Hungarian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in IT support or a similar technical position is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and support practices.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses covered by the company.
- Able to work effectively in a remote environment and as part of a global team.
