Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding technical support to Hungarian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technology-related issues efficiently.
- Guide customers through step-by-step resolutions, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues to enhance product quality and service delivery.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is essential, with a good command of English.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation.
- Able to work effectively within a team and also independently.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
- Motivated, organized, and capable of managing time efficiently.
