As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community standards, and fostering positive interactions among users. Responsibilities:
  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and standards.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Identify and escalate any inappropriate content or harmful behavior that violates community standards.
  • Analyze interactions and feedback to improve community engagement and moderation practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand guidelines to ensure consistency in moderation efforts.
  • Collaborate with the moderation team to establish effective strategies and best practices.
  • Provide insights on content trends and user behaviors to support continuous improvement in community management.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of content moderation practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Professionalism in managing sensitive situations and delivering constructive feedback.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new environment is required.
